Apt Objects products are custom-made and carefully selected. Our lead time typically ranges from 8 to 14 weeks. You are welcome to contact us, and we will endeavor to accommodate your needs.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 50% due on the day of shipment. Full upfront payment is required for all orders under €4,000.
Damaged Goods
Upon receipt, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect your items for any damage. Should you discover any damage, please document it with detailed photographs of the item(s) and packaging, both before and after unpacking. Please report any damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.
For shipments arranged by Apt Objects, each item is fully insured. In the event of damage, please initiate a claim by contacting us within 24 hours of delivery. Email detailed photos to contact@aptobjects.com.
For Ex Works shipments, where the buyer arranges transportation, please contact your freight forwarder to handle any claims.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Return Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our products and the materials used, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to provide care instructions to help you maintain the beauty of your Apt Objects piece.
